brands include Crydd (see pic), Norei, Yoshiharu Hasegawa and Warnthcrafts Manufacture and will be shown there permanently from this month. Some great Japanese making and leathers and really appealing design.

Shoe Design book launch

Well finally the book I co-edited along with Aki Choklat has been published (it was finished over a year ago!)

It came out at the start of this month and has been published by DAAB and can be bought here and no doubt at many independent bookshops.
Comes in 5 languages in one book and is an overview of footwear designers who we love and think have really made an impression on the world of footwear design be it avant-garde, sculptural, architectural or simply beautiful.
We had a launch & signing on Thursday 6th August hosted by the lovely Melissa & David at Black Truffle shoe shop on Warren St. Here's a few snaps...
